Me - Caleb Laulusa

I began writing video game reviews for an international website that sadly, went under before any of my work was published. I also found video games to be tricky to review; recommending one game to another is similar to recommending a sport to someone. It may not cater to one individuals abilities and personality like it would to someone else. I became an active member of my high school theater and school paper. I also took a film class, and found that I loved simply talking about a well-made (or horribly made) film. I began to toy with the notion that if I couldn't make it as an actor, I could just criticize other actors that did make it. Ever since, for the school paper, my Internet blogs and my own personal reference, I have written film reviews and have not looked back. While one film may not be recommended to one person like it would to another, like with a video game, movies do not require audience participation to be successful, like a game would.

With the current prices of movie tickets rising more and more, I hope my articles will help provide some insight to what deserves reader's time, as well as what to stay far, far....FAR away from.
